Who you are contracting with
Jesse Otutu, a sole trader, reachable at jesse@pmopsai.com.
The free sample
Send order documents and you get back a processed result at no cost and with no obligation on either side. There is no contract and no commitment to buy anything. It can be declined or stopped by either of us at any point, for any reason.
What the service does
Order documents are read, line items are extracted, products are checked against the catalog data you provide, unclear lines are flagged with an explanation, and a clarification email is drafted for you to review.
Everything produced is a draft for a human to check.
What it deliberately does not do
It does not write into your ERP or any other system of record. It does not send emails to your customers. It does not place, confirm, price or cancel any order. A person on your team makes every one of those decisions.
Accuracy and who checks it
Automated reading of documents is not perfect. Part numbers can be misread, quantities can be misinterpreted, and a match against your catalog can be wrong. That is precisely why every output is a draft.
You remain responsible for checking any order before acting on it. No warranty is given that output will be complete or accurate, and Jesse Otutu is not liable for losses arising from an order that was acted on without being checked.
Your documents
You keep all rights in everything you send. Nothing is claimed over your data, your catalog or your customer information, and none of it is used to train anything. See the privacy notice.
By sending documents you confirm you are entitled to share them for this purpose.
Paid work
Paid engagements are monthly, priced on order volume and complexity, and agreed in writing before any work begins. Either side can end the arrangement with 30 days notice. There is no long term lock in.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited. Beyond that, total liability is capped at the fees paid in the three months before the claim, and there is no liability for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profits or lost business. For the free sample, where nothing has been paid, no liability is accepted at all.
Changes
These terms may be updated, and the date at the top changes when they are. Anyone with an active engagement will be told directly rather than being expected to notice.
