Privacy notice
Plain English, because you are trusting me with documents that belong to your customers.

Who is responsible
Jesse Otutu is a sole trader. For anything about your data, contact jesse@pmopsai.com.
What is collected
Two things, and nothing else.
What you type into the contact form: your name, company, email address, phone number if you give one, and your message.
Order documents you choose to send: purchase orders, emails, spreadsheets and attachments. These usually contain your customer’s name, contact details, purchase order numbers, part numbers and quantities.
What it is used for
Your order documents are used for one purpose: to run them through the order processing service and send you back the result. That is it.
They are not used to train any AI model, not sold, not shared with other customers, and not used for marketing. You will not be added to a mailing list.
Who else sees it
Processing an order involves a small number of service providers acting on instructions: a cloud hosting provider, an email provider for delivering messages, an automation platform that runs the workflow, and an AI provider that reads the document text. Each is used only to deliver the service.
No one else sees your documents. There is no team. It is one person.
How long it is kept
Free sample documents are deleted within 30 days of sending you the result, or immediately if you ask. For paying customers, retention is agreed in writing before any work starts.
Contact form messages are kept for as long as we are in conversation, and deleted on request.
Redacting before you send
You are welcome to black out your customer’s name and contact details before sending anything. Only the line items matter for a sample. Sending less is always fine.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what is held, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, at any time, by emailing jesse@pmopsai.com. Deletion requests are actioned within seven days and confirmed to you in writing.
Depending on where you are, you may also have rights under the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR, or state privacy laws in the United States. Those rights are honoured regardless of where you are based.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, runs no analytics, and does not profile visitors. There is nothing to consent to.
